The hour long talk covers the following with time for questions and answers at the end.
Why are screen time rules necessary? How do I help keep my child digitally safe? How to have open and honest conversations to help your child with any issues they might face online.
This talk was recently delivered to a group of parents who came together to create some rules to help them to set the same boundaries for their tweens.
Delivered online or in person a talk where the focus is Emotional Wellbeing, Mental Health and building Emotional resilience. "Feelings Matter"
As we continue to navigate our way through unprecedented and at times overwhelming world events it has become even more evident that these challenging times need us to develop our own emotional intelligence as parents and in doing so become role models for our children.
With this in mind schools such as Wetherby, Dumpton, York House, The Merlin School and Cokethorpe Schools have invited me to talk to their parents giving advice and guidelines to help keep us all moving forward and adapt to change ever in challenging times.
If this is something that interests you for your school or your child's school please do get in touch. Recent feedback- "I was reminded this evening that's its ok to be human and it's important to share my humanity with my family!"
