MINDFULNESS COURSE FOR BEGINNERS
at nue ground 32 Abbeville Rd, London SW4 9NG
Please come and join a 4-week course to find ways to bring Mindfulness into your everyday life.
Regular Mindfulness practice helps us to focus on the present moment, this in turn helps us to better manage stress and anxiety.
The course starts at 12 noon on Tuesday 14th September and finishes on the Tuesday 5th September.
The sessions last for an hour.
The total cost for the four weeks is £100 per person and is limited to a small group of 5.

for Children aged 4-10
These social and emotional learning sessions aim to get your children talking about their different feelings.
The sessions also touch on subjects such as empathy, equality, kindness, gratitude and mindfulness.
We make things using simple materials that can easily be found at home.
If your child has found lockdown and the return to school tricky they may well enjoy coming together in a small group to chat about the way they are feeling.
If you would like to organise a time for your child, children or a small group of children to meet together to do some chatting about their different feelings please do get in touch.
The sessions cost £10 a head and can be organised around your children's schedules.
