School talk for parents with the focus on Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health.
These have been incredibly tough and challenging times for everyone. Schools such as Wetherby, Dumpton, York House and Cokethorpe Schools have invited me to talk to their parents to give advice and ideas as to how we can keep moving forward even in challenging circumstances.
If this is something that interests you for your school or your child's school please do get in touch. Recent feedback-

"Thanks so much for this evening's session. It really struck a cord with me about how I deal with my emotions and what I display to my children. A lot to take forward and learn from." Parent from Cokethorpe School.
"Screens, friendship and feelings."
A talk for parents that highlights the importance of teaching children rules around screen time from an early age and how to do this. It stresses how important parent involvement is with the often unkind online world and how parents can teach their children to be their best selves on line. With the increase of bullying online this session also thinks about emotional resilience and what parents can do to help their children grow up with independence and a strong sense of self.
